Responsibilities:
- The candidate will The Omni-Channel Analytics intern will aid in synthesizing and analysing data across customer touch points to inform the development of Omni-Channel strategies
- Assist in providing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for Omni-Channel marketing performance analysis using digital attribution and channel analytics across customer touch points
- Partner with channels to document and maintain records of channel-level strategic and tactical changes to inform reporting and analysis
- Pull and analyse data and work closely with the Omni-Channel Analytics team to identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities for deeper dive analysis
- Workshop Support – event organization by gathering and compiling information, drafting content/exercises, and organizing physical set-ups as needed
- Support the update and maintenance of the Omni-Channel Marketing SharePoint site that exists as a single point of truth to all our internal and external team documents
- Meet with cross-department and cross-discipline teams to ensure on-strategy and on-time deliverables for personalization and test & learn initiatives
- Participation in tactical and operational development of OmniChannel initiatives
- Keep the Omni-channel Manager informed of any issues that may be adversely impacting the P&L
- Provide regular updates to the Omni-channel Manager on KPI developments

Requirements:
- University degree, Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization is preferred
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and/or in teams
