Main responsibilities:
- Order entry process
- Returns and refusals process
- Internal order process
- Follow up on deliveries with distribution
- Support to distribution during delivery and return process
- Support sales in the field
- Reporting (OOS report, delivery report)
- Documentation (follow up and clearance after delivery)
- Customer life cycle
Profile of the candidate
- Bachelor’s degree/Current Students who are in their final years towards earning a Bachelor’s degree
- Desire to work and develop as a part of international team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mind-set to drive solutions
- Enthusiastic & goal oriented person
- Fluent in English language (written & spoken)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
