We are looking for a candidate to join our Customer service team at the position of: Intern in Customer Service (m/f)
Main responsibilities:
- Order entry process
- Returns and refusals process
- Internal order process
- Follow up on deliveries with distribution
- Support to distribution during delivery and return process
- Support sales in the field
- Reporting (OOS report, credit control report, delivery report)
- Documentation (follow up and clearance after delivery)
- Customer life cycle
Profile of the candidate:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Advanced user of MS Office package
- Good analytical skills
