Opis
- Source candidates for open vacancies in the IT industry using various recruitment channels
- Conduct market research and mapping
- Handle communication with candidates
- Screen CVs and applications
- Participate in telephone and personal interviews with candidates
- Support the preparation of candidate presentations and reports
- Record all recruitment activity data in the internal system
Uslovi
- Senior year student or fresh graduate in HR or IT related field
- Highly motivated for development in recruitment in a dynamic team
- Interested in the trends and developments within the IT industry
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English language
- PC literacy (MS Office)
