We’re looking for a “hungry” individual that wants to learn and grow. You’ll get to work closely with our CEO on-site in our office in Belgrade. Our workflow is collaborative because we constantly try to learn from each other, so there’s a lot of coaching along the way.
You will most probably have to:
- Conduct various research activities
- Discover and explore sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain long-term, trustworthy partnerships
- Respond to RFPs
- Do a lot of sales stuff
- Develop negotiating strategies, term sheets, business agreements and grant applications
- Continuously learn about our target market, sales and business development
- Pick up lunch for the “elders” from time to time… sorry about that
- Provide administrative support if needed
You really need to:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Organizationals Sciences or Engineering (or working toward completion of your degree)
- Be highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Be flexible, be open to receiving feedback, and willing to take on and tackle new challenges
- Have strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Be pretty good with MS Office
Also, it would be great if you’re:
- Have passion for sales and business development (for some reason)
- Are familiar with ICT market and trends
- Have experience in project management and sales
- Have leadership experience
- Are fluent in German, French or Spanish
