Falling Walls Labs take place throughout the world and the winners of each local Lab get to go tothe Falling Walls Lab Finale in Berlin on 8 November. The winner of the Falling Walls Lab Serbia will attend it, too.
Coupled with the competition is the Falling Walls Lab Conference on 9 November, where 20 renowned scientists from all parts of the world hold 15-minute lectures, answering the question “Which are the next walls to fall?” Each lecturer gives the answerin his own discipline, presenting the coming breakthrough in Nanotechnology, Medicine, Climatology, Cosmology, Sociology, Linguistics, Informatics, and many other disciplines.
The Falling Walls Lab Serbia is organised by DAAD and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, and hosted by KC Grad, where it will take place on 25 September 2016.
Participants receive an exclusive and cost-free workshop on Science Communication before the lab.

The presenter who piques most interest gets to travel to the Berlin FWL Finale and Conference on 8-9 November. The Falling Walls Lab Foundation provides the accommodation and a ticket for the conference. The travel allowance is provided by DAAD.
