Main responsibilities
- Handle incidents and requests as per defined processes and SLA at local and remote sites
- Installing and supporting client systems (hardware and software)
- Maintain and design network infrastructure
- Maintain servers and server room infrastructure
- Project participation and management of regional and Global projects
- Basic training of users
Requirements and candidate’s profile
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft AD, Sharepoint Services, Windows Server 2012, Microsoft SQL, Linux
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows XP
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- Knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of batch, VBS scripting
- Troubleshooting Microsoft systems, networking, Microsoft and Adobe client applications
- Troubleshooting mobile platforms (iOS, Windows)
